Refund Policy

Easy Cold Plunge Tub and Pro Tub- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in unused and new condition. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return the item. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to our warehouse but will not need to pay a restocking fee. Once we verify the item is in unused and new condition we will issue a refund to the payment used to purchase the item. 

Water Chillers-  To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in unused and new condition. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return the item.
