Below is a breakdown between our three chiller options. We have a chiller to suit anyone's needs. Each step up in the chiller comes with faster cooling and the ability to reach lower temperatures, even in warmer climates. If you live in a warmer climate or want faster cooling, the Pro and Elite water chiller options may be preferable options. All chillers are portable and easy to setup and come with all necessary items, including pump and filter.

How cold does the chiller get?
Depending on ambient temperature, as low as:
- Standard: 39 degrees Farenheit
- Pro: 38 Degrees Farenheit
- Elite: 37 degrees Farenheit
Why not just add ice?
The amount of ice needed to reach the temperatures these chillers can reach would cost roughly $20+ a day. If you live in warmer climates the ice can only get the temperature so cold and in unlikely to reach the temperature these water chillers are capable of
How is the chiller so cheap?
We have developed relationships with the most cost-effective water chiller manufacturers to provide our customers the cheapest and most effective water chiller available on the market today
Can I keep the water chiller outdoors?
Yes, the water chiller has IPX4 waterproof rating. It is preferable to have water chiller under some cover.
How do I set up my chiller?
Setup is very simple and straightforward. We provide a detailed paper of setup instructions. If you have any issues simply reach out to our email and a representative will reach out to assist.
Can the chiller run 24/7?
The water chiller is designed to always be on. Set the temperature and temperature range and sit back and enjoy.
How much electricity does the chiller use?
Our chillers are very efficient. Even by leaving the water chiller and pump on 24/7 it shouldn't use more than $20-$30 of electricity per month
How often do I need to change the water?
Every couple weeks, also depends how much you use it and how clean you are when you get in the tub.
Does it work in hot weather?
Yes, but we recommend the Pro and Elite chiller for warmer climates.
How long does it take to cool the water?
This depends on the ambient temperature and which chiller you select.
Can I use the chiller with different tubs?
Yes. It comes with standard ½ inch tubing but also can be converted to ¾ inch.
Can you add chlorine to the tub?
Yes!
How do I drain the tub?
Turn off the pump and water chiller. Close the water valve. Detach the tubing and connect the drain hose
